For example, it is forbidden to:

• have a dog unleashed
• camping or otherwise staying overnight without a valid fishing license
• ride a horse
• fishing in the Little East Pond and around the nesting island in the East Pond during the period March 1 - September 30. Fishing is prohibited in the northern retention pond all year round. Fishing must be conducted in designated places and in the manner stipulated by the leaseholders. It is forbidden to fish outside the sites set up by the fishing leaseholder or landowner.

It is important to note that this is only a selection of the rules.

Full regulations for visitors

In addition to regulations and prohibitions in other laws and regulations, it is forbidden to:

1. dig, drill, paint or otherwise damage soil and rock
2. break branches, fell or otherwise damage living or dead trees and shrubs or otherwise damage vegetation by digging up plants such as rice, herbs, mosses or lichens or removing woody fungi;
3. bring an unleashed dog or other loose pet
4. disturbing, collecting or killing mammals, birds, reptiles or amphibians
5. catch or collect insects, snails, worms or other invertebrates other than single specimens
6. fishing in the Little East Pond and around the nesting island in the East Pond during the period March 1 - September 30. Fishing is prohibited in the northern retention pond all year round. Fishing must be conducted in designated places and in the manner stipulated by the leaseholders. It is forbidden to fish outside the sites set up by the fishing leaseholder or landowner.
7. put up a board, poster, poster, sign, make an inscription or similar.
8. drive a motorized vehicle or craft.
9. light an open fire other than in a specially designated place.
10. dumping waste such as garden waste, compost material, stones, rubbish or similar in the area
11. camping or otherwise staying overnight without a valid fishing license
12. organize competitions without the consent of the manager.
13. ride horses.
14. destroy or damage culturally valuable elements such as house foundations.
