Hanefors naturreservat

Besöksmål under Earth Week i Växjö

Välkomna till Hanefors – en plats med lång historik och där människans olika aktiviteter i stor utsträckning påverkat och format naturmiljön. Här har det under historiens gång bland annat funnits kvarnar, sågar, pappersbruk och under 1900-talet ett vattenkraftverk. Tack vare ett omfattande restaureringsarbete flödar nu vattnet åter fritt i Skyeån. Arbetet har lett till fria fiskvägar och utmärkta vattenhålor för grodor och paddor att leka och lägga ägg i. De åtgärder som gjorts i Hanefors naturreservat har bidragit till friska ekosystem och biologisk mångfald. Några av de nyttor som finns helt gratis i Hanefors är vattenrening i vattendraget och våtmarkerna, luftrening från träd och växtlighet samt den naturupplevelse och mentala välbefinnande vi får från att vistas i naturen.

Regulations for the public pursuant to Chapter 7, Section 30 of the Environmental Code on the right to travel and stay within the reserve and on order in general within the area

In addition to prohibitions and regulations in other legislation, it is prohibited to:

C1. damage natural objects, e.g. by digging, drilling, hacking or painting

C2. felling, cutting, pulling up, picking or otherwise damaging living or dead trees, shrubs, plants, fungi, mosses or lichens

Note: Berries and terrestrial edible fungi may be picked for domestic use

C3. collect insects, shells, worms or other animals without the approval of the reserve manager

C4. drive or park motorized vehicles or trailers other than on roads and designated parking areas

C5. make a fire other than in a designated, prepared fireplace

C6. disturbing wildlife by, for example, approaching a nesting site

C7. cycling or riding on paths marked in the field

C8. bringing an unleashed dog

C9. fishing with nets or fixed gear
