Cykeltur 1: Bjärke-Mariehov-Nybble

Difficulty: Varied, partly hilly, car traffic on some stretches.

Cycle north from the city along the E22 and turn right towards Östra Husby. Here you pass a beautiful agricultural landscape, turn west, after Mariehov you have nice views of Göta Canal and boating in summer. At Vännerberga there is fruit growing, farm shop, café etc. At the western part, you pass close to the canal again and then continue south. The tour goes through a beautiful, hilly and varied landscape. On the way back to Söderköping you pass Nybble hydroelectric power station and Bleckstad row village.
