Description
Borgahällan, on the southern side of Lake Borgasjön, is one of the most distinctive peaks in the Borgafjällan area at 1149 meters above sea level. The almost vertical rock wall is 700 meters high. In addition to being a popular subject for photographs, the cliff also offers a magnificent view for those who take the time to climb the peak. A cairned trail, starting from Borgadammen, shows the way up. For the sporty, the hike is a suitable half-day trip, but feel free to take the whole day and spend time on the beautiful expanses. Fantastisk utsikt från toppen. Men vägen dit e inte dum den heller. För en lätt överviktig otränad 55+ var dock mittenpartiets brant nästintill övermäktig. Andra hann både förbi upp och ner innan en annan passerat 30 höjdmeter. Men vem hade bråttom ;-). Neråt gick det bättre

Otroligt vacker utsikt åt alla håll samt en liten tjärn mitt på hållet 😊 Gick med mina döttrar på 7 och 9 år. Var rätt kämpigt bitvis men med mycket fika så gick det vägen!
