Pyssel och kunskap i Asökviken – sommarlovstips!

Learn more about Sweden’s trees, reptiles, and birds in a
fun and interactive way at the Asköviken-Tidö Nature Reserve. How about
a memory game board and an audio box!?

For some time now, work has been underway on new information stations
around the bird tower in Asköviken. The focus is on what you can discover in the reserve,
including both animals and plants. Among other things, there’s now a sign featuring a life-size
sea eagle. In the picture, the eagle spreads its wings, so you can measure
yourself against it. In addition to more traditional information in the form of signs,
there’s also a life-size memory game featuring tree facts and a hand-cranked sound box filled
with various bird sounds and stories about birds. The sound starts when you crank
the box.

The information stations are scattered along the trail from
the bird tower and westward on the Lilla Askörunda trail.
