**God, thank you for moments when I can let go of all demands and just be.

"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow. It must bear its own troubles. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:34

We worry so much unnecessarily! Both about what has been and what will come. Perhaps we can try to live more in the present instead? There is an old saying: Yesterday is past, tomorrow is unknown, today helps the Lord. Here and now, look around you. Isn't it beautiful? The Carefree Pearl stands for all the good things in my life, moments when I can just be. In the hammock, at the beach, in front of the eyes of a loved one. The good in life comes to us as a gift. Trust, respect, forgiveness and love have in common that they are not things we can take, only receive. In that deep wisdom, we can practice living openly before the wonders of life.
