Hike towards Messlingen: park in the parking lot along the road between Funäsdalen and Mittådalen (Flatruet-vägen), in the middle of Måns-Erstjärn.
Hiking towards Anådalen: parking at Kappru-liften.
Directions
From the road between Funäsdalen and Mittådalen (Flatruet-vägen): follow the marked trail, about 5 km, east to Anådalen.
From the road between Mittådalen and Messlingen: follow the path over Kappruet to Anådalen, which is on the south side of Kappruet.
