Orrtjärnsleden

Orrtjärnsleden, which passes Orrtjärns fäbod, is part of the old fäbodstigar that linked the fäbodarna on Enviks- and Linghedsskogarna. The paths were used when the animals went out into the forest, but they were also used extensively on Sundays after the "bustle" when the herdsmen had a few hours off. Then they gathered from Nysjön, Orrtjärn and Rotbodarna at a place near Övre Gammelbergstjärn called Tulla, where the paths meet.

The Orrtjärn trail connects the Pilgrim Trail with the Summer Road to Rotbodarna and via Tulla you can also get to Nysjön's pasture.

The trail is marked in orange and is managed by Envikens hembygdsförening.
