Description
The Stora Nassa Nature Reserve consists of approximately 400 islands, islets, and the surrounding sea. Some of the larger islands are lush and wooded, while the smaller skerries are almost completely bare.
The archipelago is a designated protected consideration area. The maximum speed limit is 5 knots, and noise, wake, and other disturbances must be kept to a minimum.
Also, please NB that many of the islands are bird protection areas and may not be visited between 1 February and 31 August.
Camping is permitted on Beckskäret and Stor-Sprängskäret. Leashed pets are allowed ashore on Beckskäret and Stora Bonden.
No toilet facilities or waste disposal services available.
Groups of more than 10 people must contact the reserve manager prior to their visit.

Directions
The Nassa archipelago can only be reached on your own keel, or by taxi or charter boat.
Regulations
To protect the Stora Nassa Nature Reserve, the following regulations must be observed. Within the reserve, it is prohibited to:
- Between 1 February and 31 August, land on, travel through, or stay within designated bird protection areas (see Appendix 1 of the management plan in related information).
- Operate any vessel (as defined by the Swedish Maritime Traffic Ordinance) at a speed exceeding 5 knots within the inner archipelago zone (see Appendix 1 of the management plan).
- Dig, chip, drill, paint, move boulders, dam straits, or otherwise damage rock, soil, stone, seabeds, or the natural environment.
- Break branches, cut down, or damage living or dead trees and shrubs.
- Dig up plants or algae, or collect mosses or lichens.
- Bring dogs, cats, or other domestic animals ashore. However, leashed dogs or other domestic animals are permitted on Bäckskäret and Stora Bonden.
- Harm or disturb wildlife (for example, by climbing nesting trees, capturing, chasing, or killing mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians).
- Capture or collect invertebrate animals.
- Camp. However, camping for a maximum of two consecutive nights is permitted on Stor-Sprängskäret and Bäckskäret.
- Anchor a boat at the same shoreline for more than two consecutive nights.
- Light open fires or use grills that may damage vegetation or bedrock.
- Put up signs, posters, notices, or inscriptions.
- Take off or land with aircraft.
- Land with more than 10 passengers. However, landing with more than 10 passengers is permitted on Stora Bonden, subject to prior consultation with the reserve manager regarding conditions.
- Discharge toilet waste into the sea from pleasure boats or other vessels.
- Use sound systems, musical instruments, or similar equipment in a disturbing manner.
- Operate pleasure boats or other vessels in a disturbing manner within the inner archipelago zone (for example, by creating unnecessary wake or running the engine at idle).
