Sätraskogen, södra promenaden, Guide till tystnaden

The walk can be started from the marked parking lots or the reserve entrance, which you reach from Skärholmen's subway. Large parts of the walk are on wide smooth paths, but the detour to site 6 is very steep and rocky. The sites provide a rich variety of nature experiences and sound environments. Site 4 is a lush forest where you get glimpses of the water. Forest with a sense of magical forest can be found at site 5. You have miles of water views at site 6 and site 7. The whole route is about 3.5 km. Allow at least 1.5 hours for a quiet, slow walk with a few stops.
