Where Rundmarsviken meets the rest of Lake Albysjön, a tree-covered rock juts out into the water. A nice place for a break. Choose your view based on the direction of the wind and sun and the rocky ledge depending on which level you prefer to be at. Listen to the rustling of the trees and the reeds. Perhaps some of the Albysjön ducks will come by and say hello? Recharge with energy, both external and internal.
