Lövdalsskogen is located between the lakes Björndalssjön and Storsjön, in Norrtälje.

The nature reserve is accessible on foot via a road leading into the area from the west.

There is no parking lot next to the reserve.

Regulations

To protect Lövdalsskogen Nature Reserve, visitors must follow certain rules. Within the reserve, it is forbidden to:

  • Drill, chop, blast, carve, dig, paint, or in any way damage rock, soil, or stone
  • Break branches, cut down, or otherwise damage living or dead trees and shrubs
  • Uproot plants such as twigs, herbs, mosses, or lichens, or remove wood-inhabiting fungi
  • Disturb wildlife (e.g., by climbing nesting trees, capturing or killing mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians)
  • Capture or collect invertebrates
  • Bring a dog off-leash
  • Make fires
  • Put up boards, posters, signs, or inscriptions
