Kvarnsands Strandstugor

Perfectly situated by the Kvarnsand beach and the Roslagsleden trail, you will find Kvarnsands Strandstugor. From the luxurious houses built 2018 you will have a view of the Sea of Åland and both a sandy beach and smooth rock areas close by for a swim.

The houses are located at Kvarnsand, near Grisslehamn. The houses have two bedrooms, one with a double bed that can be made into two single beds and one room with two single beds. The kitchen/lounge is open plan with sea views and high ceilings, a sofa, armchair and TV with a basic package of channels. The charming kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, stove, microwave oven as well as tableware and kitchen utensils.

The kitchen seats 4-5 people. Tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet and hair dryer. All holiday homes have a large terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue grill. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Kvarnsands Strandstugor there is a nice group housing area near Tullvikens nature reserve, Kvarnsands beach and the Roslagsleden trail. The area is also popular for recreational fishing, mainly of sea trout. The nearest village is Grisslehamn wich has fish mongers’, gas station, grocery store, restaurants, cafés, bakers, Hotel and Spa Havsbaden, Eckerö Linjen, minigolf course, tennis court, sailing school and the Albert Engström museum and studio. For golfers, there are two golf courses about 14 kilometers away.

Practical information
Access to rowing boat is included in the rent. Motorboat can be rented for SEK 500 per day (exkl. fuel). Cleaning on departure can be booked for SEK 1,100.

Pets
