Kapellskär SCR Camping

At Kapellskär SCR Camping you can stay in your caravan, RV or tent. You will also find cottages for rent as well as rooms at the hostel. All prices include free bus transfer to and from the Viking Line ferry terminal and voucher for a day cruise to Åland.

Kapellskär camping has a total of 48 pitches with electricity, 24 pitches for RV’s with electricity and drinking water connection, 12 cottages and 25 tent pitches. The campsite is beautifully located in the middle of the fabulous Riddersholm nature reserve.

Cottages:
The cottages have 4 beds, dining table and chairs, sofas and a small pentry. The pentry is complete with stove, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and a selection of glass and tableware. There are duvets and pillows and all beds are made up with linen (not sleeping bags). You can choose to bring your own bed linen or rent them at the reception desk. All cottages have a terrace with chairs. Shower, toilet and kitchen in the adjacent service building.

At the camping there is a convenience store and café, playground, bike rental, mini-golf, boule ground and a ground for horseshoe throwing.

The service building contains showers, toilettes, HWC with showers, self-catering kitchen with dining space, barbecue and outdoor furniture.

At Kapellskär there is an automatic Camper Clean-facility for emptying RV’s and caravans’ cassette toilets. The automatic facility will empty and flush-clean the tank and fill sanitary fluid. The Camper Clean also has an automatic flushing station for grey-water recycling.

The emptying fee is included in the fee for the campsite pitch. Non-staying guests may use the emptying facilities for a fee.

Riddersholm nature reserve boasts lovely natural beaches and trails of varying lengths and levels of difficulty.

The Beach Café at cottage 24 serves coffee, ice-cream, waffles, light lunches and pizza.

During summertime Waxholmsbolaget calls at the steamboat jetty at Kappelskär where you can travel to the islands Lidö, Fejan and Arholma - a lovely afternoon trip!
