Description

In the eastern part of the Hasselhorn nature reserve, there is a beautiful hiking trail which partially follows the shore of Lake Erken. This trail is hilly.

You can start your hike at the parking lot at Skvallerhålet. Walk through the lush, open groves among huge boulders. There are two picnic areas with shelters and fire pits along the trail. Bring your own firewood to burn in the fire pit.

The rocks at Rumpuddviken are great places to take a swim in the summertime. Erkenvägen road joins with the trail to make a loop back to the parking lot. Erkenvägen road is paved but few cars drive there.
