To protect the Vindalsö Nature Reserve, there are rules that must be followed.

Within the reserve, it is prohibited to:

• damage or destroy natural features
• dig up flowers or damage ground vegetation
• deliberately disturb wildlife
• allow dogs to run off leash
• camp for more than two nights
• light fires
• use musical instruments, sound systems, or similar equipment in a way that causes disturbance
