Stenshuvudslingan

This is the classic Stenshuvud hike. You make your way through the hornbeam forest past the old oaks and climb to the top of Stenshuvud. You come up through the ancient castle wall and can then enjoy the view of the sea and land at Hanöbukten.

There are three peaks, southern, northern and eastern. The northern peak is the highest with 97 meters above sea level.

If you want to go further, you can go down the stairs and follow the yellow trail back, either along the alpine meadow on the inside of the mountain or go around the foot of the mountain and follow the sea edge back south. However, this part of the yellow trail is very rocky.
