Description
Just a stone's throw from the shore of Nedre Glottern is a small, timbered shelter. There was a croft here called Karlsdal where a forest ranger lived. Down by the beach was a small shipping port for peat and charcoal. The croft is gone but now here is the windbreak!

Directions
Take road 55 towards Katrineholm from Norrköping. Take the road signposted Glotternskogen to the right after the long hill, when you have Lake Näknen on your left. After one kilometer you pass a parking lot at a barrier. Continue past and drive another two kilometers to the next reserve parking. From here there is a marked trail to the windbreak.

Hej Robin!
Visst är det tråkigt när besökare i naturen inte kan ta med sig skräpet därifrån. Vi har kontinuerlig tillsyn av platsen men troligtvis har den personen som inte gjort rätt för sig kommit dit efter skötseltillsynen.

Välskött och trevligt! Vi tillbringar natten i vindskyddet! Vi är flera familjer här. De övriga tältar! Det finns gott om tältplatser. Ett plus är att det finns dass här, men ta gärna med en rulle toalettpapper! Detsamma gäller ved. Tag med hemifrån. Kanske skulle man ordna ett litet vedförråd här?
