Directions

From Karlskoga, take road 205 towards Degerfors. Turn right towards Högåsen. Continue past a 90-degree bend and then take the first left. Parking is after a few hundred meters.

Regulations

In the reserve it is not allowed to:

  • deliberately disturb wildlife
  • bring an unleashed dog
  • make an open fire other than in a designated place
  • drive a motorized vehicle
  • picking or digging up flowers, breaking twigs, felling living or dead trees and bushes
  • organize nature trails, marked trails or similar without the consent of the manager
  • pitching a tent or caravan
  • go horseback riding
  • put up a picture, poster, inscription or similar
  • from April 1 to August 1, enter the lake or the non-wooded marshland, except on designated paths
