Derbol is located just east of Hampetorp and is a fine example of the rich natural and cultural landscape of Lake Hjälmaren. There are bright meadow slopes and deciduous groves that provide a soft transition to the shore, but also hazel groves with large deciduous trees.

Directions
Derbol is located on the east side of Hampetorp. Parking for the reserve is available at the ferry camp where the ferry to Vinön runs. Länstrafiken Örebro's buses go to Hampetorp's ferry camp. From there, a path leads into the western part of the reserve.
