If you want to see the highest summit in Norrbotten province, you have come to the right place! It is Vitberget, 594 metres a s l. Vitberget lies about 16 kilometres northwest of Vidsel, on the boundary between the municipalities of Jokkmokk and Älvsbyn. Starting in Älvsbyn, you follow road 374 to Njalla, about 52 km from Älvsbyn. Turn right to the north-east in Njalla and continue about 3.5 km. There is a small, in places scarcely visible, trail into the nature reserve and up to the summit.
Vitberget is located about 16 kilometers northwest of Vidsel, on the border between the municipalities of Jokkmokk and Älvsbyn. If you start in Älvsbyn, follow road 374 to Njalla, about 52 km from Älvsbyn. Turn right, northeast in Njalla and continue for about 3.5 km.
