
Description
Hedvallen is a summer settlement and calf marking site for Östra Kikkejaur Sámi community, lying in the middle of an impressive primary forest. Alongside the two reindeer enclosures there are four timber goahte buildings and two timber storage huts. There is rich by oh diversity here in a beautiful setting with dry slopes, small lakes and mires. A trail leads into the area, which covers 0.7 square kilometres.
