Ryssby – Agunnaryd approx. 15 km .

Starting point in Ryssby is the northern part of Ryssbysjön lake. From Ryssby, paddle south through Ryssbysjön, Stensjön and then on through Helge river. After that it’s 4 km to Agunnaryd lake with along the wonderfully winding river, with the width and depth varying greatly. You will pass the canoe rest area Brofästet on the eastern shore when beginning to paddle along the river. Here is a toilet, firewood, rubbish bin, wind shelter and BBQ area. Having paddled beneath the road at Agunnayd, the rest area is on the west side at Holmens camp before the effluent into Agunnaryd lake, with a toilet, water, rubbish bin wind shelter and BBQ area.
