Holma forest

Holma offers a peaceful stroll in a wonderful environment. The vegetation is unusually lush in this forest, which is unparalleled in the municipality. Beech, ash and linden trees form the canopy along with giant spruces. The ground is a green carpet covered with everything from wood anemone, thistle and witch hazel to rarities such as woundwort. Red-winged blackbirds and warblers often sing from the forest. Lesser flycatchers have also been noted.
