Gustavsfors fishing area

The Gustavsfors fishing area offers excellent fishing about 15 kilometer west of Älmhult. Here you can catch pike, burbot, rotauge roach, trout, and more, surrounded by beautiful nature and rich history.

There are several parking spaces and benches in the area. In Gustavsfors, there is also a longer wheelchair accessible jetty and a signed culture trail.

Please note that the right of public access (allemansrätten) applies both on land and water but does not cover fishing. For fishing in Gustavsfors you need a permit (fiskekort), which you can buy online through the iFiske link. Please note that this fishing area consists of two zones with separate permits: Gustavsfors (fly fishing area) and Delary dammsjö. Note that fisheries inspectors are present and have the right to ask you to present a valid fishing license.
