Lake Exen is known as a fishy lake with a good livestock and with big pike.
The lake of 350 ha has a maximum depth of nine meters. Exen is located in Ljungby and Markaryds municipality, southern Småland. The area extends from Lake Exen, downstream of Bolmån to river Lagan .

Regulations
| In sport fishing, you should only keep the fish you consume for the day. Fixed gear and angeldon must not be used. The following recommendation applies as an ethical rule regarding catch limitations:1. Max two (2) fishes per day of pike and pike2. Pike> 70 cm, pike> 80 cm must be reintroduced into the lake3.
