Här bjuds du på nästan 30 km riktigt fin grusvägscykling av rundans 50 km. Till höjdpunkternas hör vägen alldeles utmed Bysjön mellan Möckelhult och gården Dalen; hela den gamla landsvägen mellan Backa och Skänninge och sedan vägen upp till Högen. Den senare vägen bjuder på både rejäl utför – ta det lugnt – och uppför!
Lite söder om Vrångfall går vägen via Tolebo ner till vägen mellan Lidhem och Frödinge. Väl där följer en fantastisk sträcka utmed Gerssjön och fram till Frödinge. Via Alsta och Långbrötsle åter till Vimmerby.

Take it carefully:
- down the hill towards Bysjön, paved road but it rolls on properly; also a left turn towards Möckelhult before the downhill is completely over.
- down the hill after Högen; gravel road and steep: here it goes fast, so take it carefully.
- the passages over highway 40 at Långbrössle and after Koppetorp.
Do not miss:
- the trip along Bysjön is an absolute favorite.
- the road between Backa and Skänninge is really nice.
- to Böllerum it is a bit uphill but it is worth the effort - beautiful.
- up to Högen it is really stretched, take it easy or walk a bit, so you can enjoy the nice environment.
- nice views and roads also along Stora Lundsjön and Gerssjön.- uphill again after Frödinge, but the reward is nice Alsta and the surroundings.
