Description

At the passage at Kritmossen, you cross an old embankment just over 100 m long. It was used to dam water coming from Kritmossen upstream. The embankment is of shell wall construction with 0.5-1 m limestone slabs laid in 10-15 shifts and filled with limestone. According to information from locals, there was a grinding mill here. No traces of this can now be seen.

Alongside the rampart are two square stone buildings built of 0.2-1 m limestone slabs in a cold wall. According to information, the stone buildings are remnants of warehouses of limestone slabs, so-called "palmares", laid out in this way.
