Djupsjön

Djupsjön is a small and deep lake located west of Hultsfred. The lake is part of Stora Hammarsjöns FVO. SFK Kroken oversees the area and regularly releases rainbow trout. The lake is located next to the road that goes to the bathing area at Stora Hammarsjön. Parking is available near the lake.

Around the lake there are barbecue areas, jetties and windbreaks, which make fishing easily accessible. The lake has a disabled jetty and toilet, so that people with reduced mobility can also practice sport fishing. The lake deepens quickly beyond the edges.

The aquatic vegetation is very sparse and consists of sedges and water lilies. The eastern shore is very rocky and steep, while the western side is more marshy. Coniferous forest dominates the surroundings.
