11. Backstugan Kvarnstugan

A flour mill belonging to the Prästnäs farm is shown at this location on the 1797 parcel map. The drawing gives an idea of how a grist mill for grinding grain into flour was constructed. The front wall of the building has been removed to give a better view of the interior. At the next dam downstream was a sawmill belonging to Klövdala farm, where logs were sawn into boards.
