Description

Alversjöskogen is a large forest area southwest of Eksjö. The reserve contains lakes, marshlands, and springs, and a small part of the forest is swamp forest. It consists mainly of spruce and pine, and there are unusual species that show that the forest has stood for a long time and aged at its own pace.
