Description

In Moen’s Naturskog, the forest is left to tend for itself, creating an exciting natural environment. When a tree falls due to age or wind, it is taken care of by the forest’s own decomposers. Through an interplay between insects, fungi, mosses and microorganisms, the tree decays, leaving space and nutrients for the next generation.

There is a car park, information board and a 1.5 km footpath. Moen’s Gård is also located in the area.
