Bokedungen Nature Reserve

Welcome to Bokedungen Nature Reserve, a beech forest area known for its
significant nature values. Among other things, the area is home to the rare
barbastelle bat.

Beech is the dominant tree species in the area, but there are also
occasional spruce and birch trees. The trees vary greatly in age, with very
old, mature, middle-aged and young beech trees. In the forest you will find
plants such as wavy hair grass, may lily, bilberries and wood sorrel.

There
is no footpath in the area, only an information board.
