Description

STF Fjällhornet is located 7 kilometres from Ljungdalen where there is a pool, food shops, restaurants and a slalom course.

Our solidly built cabins are situated in the middle of the beautiful wilderness, 750 metres above sea level at the foot of the Dunsjöfjället mountain. All cabins have a well-equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove and TV. In addition, there is a charming communal cabin with a sitting room and kitchen – excellent for groups that want to eat and prepare meals together. There is also a communal sauna facility with a ladies’ and gentlemen’s sauna and showers. You can even bring pets to some of our cabins.

STF Fjällhornet is looked after with great care by cabin manager Kent, who will be pleased to tell you about his favourite places when you come here. If you ask Kent which time of year is the best for visiting STF Fjällhornet, you’ll get the reply: every season has its charm depending on what you’re looking for. And that’s how it is. The unspoilt countryside awaits you, right on your doorstep. Skiing trails, hiking paths, fishing grounds and wide open mountain spaces are some of what you’ll have near you when you come and stay with us.
