Description
The small reserve includes Edeforsen and the nearest forest and meadows. There used to be an old hydroelectric power station here, which the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency bought and demolished in 2002. Edeforsen is the beginning of the Ammerån river proper, and the entire stretch from the mountains is now completely unregulated.

From the E45 just south of Hammerdal, turn off towards Skyttmon, road 344. After about a mile you reach Edeforsen, at the southern outlet of Lake Hammerdal.

- damage the land or vegetation, including dry trees and windfalls
- make a fire other than in the designated place (prepared fireplace)
- camping other than in the designated area.
