Directions
From Åsarna take the road west towards Ljungdalen. At Rotsjön turn left and drive towards Sölvbacka strömmar. Drive 5.4 kilometers, turn left just before the eastern tip of Storsjön. After about 2.4 kilometers, turn north on a smaller forest road and drive this for about 3.2 kilometers until you reach the nature reserve.
Regulations
Welcome to Björnhåberget. Please note that within the reserve it is not allowed to:
- capture, disturb or harm mammals, birds, frogs and reptiles, as well as damage their nests and spawning grounds or collect eggs,
- pick and collect species of any kind, except berries and edible mushrooms
- climbing nest trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, roost or burrow
- damaging the ground, boulders, vegetation, dry trees or other dead wood
- make fires, other than with firewood, and
- drive motorized vehicles in terrain except on existing snowmobile trails
