Himmel & Hage

Himmel&Hage is beautifully situated among birches and meadows less than 1 mile outside Visby.

Here you can unwind and refuel in the beautiful surroundings. Here you can stay surrounded by healthy natural materials or just enjoy a coffee in the orangery or in our garden. In the garden you can stroll around among medicinal and herbal plants and view old Swedish heritage varieties such as vegetables, chickens and bees.

Everything we do is characterized by long-term sustainability and a love of craftsmanship in all its forms. The café and bistro only buy organic ingredients and we supplement with our own vegetables grown with organic crop rotation. We bake on sourdough and cultured varieties of wheat and rye. We offer lunch, coffee and dinner. We have full rights, so if you are in the mood for a cold beer or a spritz, it is on our menu. There is also a play area for children and adults with table tennis, sandbox, trampoline and table football etc.

Here you can buy a bag of freshly ground flour, honey or something else good from the farm. The range can vary according to the season.

In our small shop you can also find ceramics made in Himmel&Hage's studio.
