**Väggahamnen is one of the hubs along ARK56. Different trails meet here and it is a good place to start or end your adventure - or change your mode of transportation and continue exploring Blekinge Archipelago by bicycle, kayak, boat, archipelago traffic or on foot.

Väggahamnen which is close to town, nature and culture. Follow the promenade with a view of Kastellet on Frisholmen from 1675 and pass the Emigration Monument before you meet the outlet of Mieån and the center of Karlshamn.

Across the strait is the Stärnö-Boön nature reserve with beautiful scenery and a historic hiking trail. To the east stretches the Hällaryd archipelago with Tärnö at the far south. Take the opportunity to try one of Sweden's first snorkeling trails at the bathing area in Kollevik.

ARK56 and Blekinge Archipelago are in front of you here and around the crest or cape, experiences await in a unique environment shaped by nature, animals and man for thousands of years.
