Kayaking trail Mörrum Elleholm – Karlshamn

From river to town. Start off with river kayaking in the Mörrumsån river before soon entering the sea. The route eastwards is relatively exposed with a few islands offering shelter. You will pass the tall chimneys of the pulp mill at Mörrums bruk, as well as some wind turbines and some beautiful islands with plenty of birds. Kofsanabben, Stärnö and Boön are all well worth a stop or two. Just before reaching Karlshamn, the route passes Karlshamn Kastell, a fortress worth a visit for history buffs or a rest in the green grass between the canons :)
