Sörsjön, startplats

Sörsjön is a popular outdoor recreation area, with a large parking lot, an accessible toilet, a picnic area, a fire pit, a bathing area with a wheelchair ramp and fishing opportunities.

The beach is shallow and consists of sand. All around there are lovely grassy areas to sunbathe on. There is also a jetty. The beach is shallow and consists of sand. At the campsite next door there are toilets, a kiosk and a restaurant.

In the municipality's part of the lake, fishing with hand gear is permitted. So you can fish, spin fish or ice fishing without buying a fishing license. Fishing is free from the bathing area and just over 150 meters north. Avoid fishing from the bathing area and the jetty during the bathing season.
