Description
Lunsentorpet is a log cabin that is always open to visitors. It is located in a clearing in the middle of Lunsenskogen. Inside the cabin there are 6 beds (bring your own sleeping mat and sleeping bag), table, chairs, stove and wood stove for heating and cooking. There is no electricity in the cottage, so bring a torch if you are staying over. The cabin cannot be booked, you just have to go there. Outside there is a toilet, drinking water pump, fireplace, shelter and plenty of grass to pitch your tent on. It is not allowed to bring dogs into Lunsentorpet, but there is a doghouse outside.
The orange-marked Upplandsleden trail passes by the croft and many people choose to rest here.
