May 22 of each year marks the United Nations’ International Day for Biological Diversity, which is celebrated by many countries around the world. The purpose of this day is to highlight how important biodiversity is for the planet and for us.
The Stockholm County Chapter of the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation is marking the day by organizing a variety of activities, which you can read more about in the attached information sheet.
