Description

Magelungen is a large lake where the character of the lake varies in appearance from open deep water masses in the southern parts of the lake to vegetation-rich and shallow areas in the northwestern part of the lake. The deeper parts offer the best fishing for perch, pike and zander. In the shallow and vegetated parts of the lake, there is very good sport fishing for rudd and tench, but also a chance of carp.
