Gävsjön

Around Gävsjön there is a lot of untouched forest that is beginning to develop into so-called natural forest. Dry trees, dead lying trees, old trees, rich structure (different ages) and dynamics (different species and open and closed) and a rich wildlife. As Gävsjön is a reed lake and an overgrown lake, there is also a rich bird life. Find your own vantage point and see if you can spot a heron or a bittern.
