Kungsbackaskogen's disc golf course has 9 holes and is a beginner-friendly course that is open all year round. It is free to play, but bring your own frisbees. Follow the path to the left of Skogskapellet and turn left up Kolerabacken.
The Kapare course currently has course pairs 59 with 5 par 4 and 13 par 3 holes. The course is open all year round and is free to play. We hope that the garbage you bring out on the course can go home again.

There is an outdoor gym at Sparbanksvallen in Laholm. New in spring 2024. It is chosen with care and here you can train the most essential muscle groups to strengthen you. You can scan QR codes for instructions and it is free to use all year round.
