Description
Fjällheden’s spruce forest is located on a slope in a gently undulating landscape. The forest is 200 years old. A forest road passes through the reserve.
The forest is starting to accumulate a good number of fallen and upright dead trees in which animals and plants thrive. Old, gnarled pines grow on the mire.
