Höltjärn is located along the shortcut from Klövsjö to Börtnan, just before you reach the bridge over Ljungan in Välle. Höltjärn is a wilderness experience with rich bird and animal life. The nearest settlement is Fotingen, one and a half miles away.

Two accessible fishing spots at either end of the pond with shelter, picnic area with table and bench.
