From Ljusdal: Take road 84 to Korskrogen, then road 310 to Los. Take road 296 through Los to Gruvbyn and turn off towards Rullbo, drive about 16 km. At Rullbo, turn right and follow the road 9.3 km. Turn right at the "four-way intersection" and drive 3.7 km (keep right when the road forks). From E45: Exit at Västbacka on road 301 to Los. See further route.

Special rules apply in the nature reserve. It is not allowed to:

• drive a motorized vehicle, - take firewood. Burning is only permitted if you have brought your own firewood, - breaking branches, felling or otherwise damaging living or dead standing or fallen trees and bushes, - damaging, picking or collecting plants, animals (including insects), fungi and lichens. - climbing trees, staying near a bird of prey's nest, lair or burrow or otherwise deliberately damaging or disturbing wildlife, - bringing an off-leash dog or other unleashed pet, - damaging solid objects or surfaces such as moving or removing rocks,
