Sailing trail detour to Karlshamn, central harbour

If you’re looking for a mooring in the centre of town, head for the guest harbour in central Karlshamn. You’ll be just a couple of blocks from the market square with restaurants and Karlshamn’s historic quarter just round the corner. There’s a lot going on in Karlshamn in the summer and you’ll be right in the middle of most of it. On the approach to the harbour, you’ll pass Kastellet – the Citadel – an island fortified in the seventeenth century.
