Description
The sandy beach at Rullsand is shallow and child-friendly. Outside, the blue sea stretches all the way to the horizon. Near the beach there are kiosks, a restaurant, beach toilets, a miniature golf course, a playground and parking.
A little further west is the elongated Brämsand, where the water is deeper. Here too there is a kiosk, parking and toilets.
At the far end of the headland, where the Dalälven meets the sea, there is a dog bath. East of Rullsand's bathing area, towards Billudden, there is a naturist bath.
The beach at Rullsand is one of Uppsala County's natural treasures. A nature spot is an area with high natural and outdoor values that is accessible to visitors.

Det funkar bra att ta sig ner med vanlig manuell rullstol till bänken på stranden. Därifrån använde vi badrullstolen. Det behövs två personer som hjälper till med badrullstolen, men det är en kort sträcka ner till vattnet. Det är långgrunt vatten och fin sandbotten.
